The recently reopened mainland offices include offices in Ningbo, Yiwu and Shenzhen, which have resumed normal operations.

The company stated: "Although some offices in North China are still reopening and subject to approval by local authorities, we are happy to say that all OOCL offices in South China have been reopened to serve customers."
