HMM to deliver the world's largest container ship

HMM will deliver the world's largest container ship, HMM Algericas, the first of a series of seven 23,964-TEU sister ships built by Daewoo Shipbuilding and Ocean Engineering. These new ships are 208 TEU larger than the currently largest pontoon MSC Gulsun and its five sister ships.

 

The 400-meter HMM Algericas spans 24 rows. According to reports, Singapore's Splash 247 aircraft will be delivered to the new series of aircraft at the end of September. They will join THE Alliance's Asia-Nordic FE4 cycle, and HMM will join the alliance on April 1.

In addition to HMM, (MSC), CMA CGM and Evergreen also chose these 24 lines of Goliath across. Alphaliner predicts that other transportation companies such as (Hapag-Lloyd), (Cosco) and Japan (ONE) will follow suit and place orders with these large companies.
