1. China and Vietnam negotiated to resume normal customs clearance at the friendship gateway bank on the 7th, and assessed 25 vehicles for import and export each day;
2. Before 20:00 a day in advance, the customs broker shall report the import and export vehicles and other information to the Management Committee for overall arrangement (3 application forms);
3. Foreign vehicles need a letter of guarantee (with template) issued by the transportation company or customs broker to enter Pingxiang;
4. When entering the customs clearance operation site, the drivers and passengers must take their temperature and wear masks. The import and export vehicles need to be connected at the designated location. Because the site is limited, they should listen to the arrangement of on-site commanders;
5. The transportation company or customs broker needs to know the driver's track in real time (from where the driver came from, to the time of Pingxiang and the track within 14 days before, and whether to leave Pingxiang after delivery).
